Timelines for two-storey homes may vary. For detailed information tailored to your specific project, please consult your sales representative.

Tender pricing can be held for 3 months. Once your contract is signed this is a fixed price contract.

We include the standard Site and BASIX costs in our package pricing. There can be additional costs once reports have been received specific to your block of land and house design. These will all be discussed with your prior to proceeding.

Yes, at Candor Homes we can offer complete packages including driveway, landscaping, window furnishings and flooring.

Candor Homes will take over and manage the construction of your new home after your knock-down has been completed and appropriate certification has been received. Moreover, we can assist you in recommending demolition services to take care of the knock-down process.
We’re custom home builders who offer a personalised service, working with you every step of the way. We understand that every family lives differently, therefore we do not charge extra to customise your home.

We are happy to work with you to provide a concept floor plan for no charge with a tender to suit your needs. Following this, a $1500.00 deposit is required to allow us to order the surveys and testing needed to create construction plans and lock in a tender.

A new home estimate can be provided within 5 business days. In order to get a fixed price tender a $1500.00 deposit must be paid to allow Candor Homes to get the relevant tests and reports for your land and home. Following this, a fixed price tender can be created.
