The Akhurst family came to us looking to build a spacious home on their property in Branxton, a semi-rural suburb in the Hunter Valley. They wanted a large acreage style home to raise their young family in. Most importantly, they wanted to maximise air flow and natural light along with spaciousness and functionality.
We worked closely with the Akhursts to create a design that featured high raked ceilings, open living areas and easy transitions to outdoor spaces.
A country-style facade with exterior cladding and gable accents completed the look.
